About This Role:
The Coordinator of the Welcome Center provides leadership and daily supervision of the daily campus visit program and on-campus admission events. Collaborates with staff for implementation and execution of large group, small, targeted visits, and daily and individual visits. Provide leadership for the Tour Guide program, as well as all admission events. Represents the face and spirit of the university by ensuring excellent customer service and quality follow-up and reporting for all perspective Cardinals visitors to the Beaumont Campus. When necessary, assists applicants, students, parent, and members of the public with the admissions process and provide accurate recruitment information. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of the Welcome Center.
