As the leader of our Total Rewards and HR Systems team, you will play a meaningful role in evolving what Total Rewards by: optimizing and standardizing operations; designing scalable, seamless, and intelligent processes; building People team skills and capabilities; and enhancing employee success and engagement.

Our headquarters is in Palo Alto, CA and we support a hybrid work environment. In practice this means that for most roles there is a regular expectation of working on site with a fair amount of flexibility for teams that. Do note that as of August 15, 2021, all persons working on Kittyhawk company premises must provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
