Remote Customer Service Representative


Pay: $20-24/hr. (Depending on experience)
Shift: Day shift (8am to 5pm,) Mon-Fri. Temp to Hire.


What you’ll be doing:

• Answering and distributing calls from customers, and escalating customer concerns to the correct departments.
• Entering new orders into an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system.
• Entering and processing Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) into the ERP system.
• Working in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Prior Customer Services experience – 2 years preferred.
• Experience in Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) is a plus!
