Overview:

Avenica is currently hiring for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative This role will help to ensure customer questions and inquiries are answered in a timely manner both over phone and email. The ideal candidate for this position is an individual that is highly motivated and interested in gaining experience in business, customer service, and client relations. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Receive, investigate and respond to inbound calls.
• Answer customer questions regarding insurance (property and casualty)
• Respond to inquiries that are received via the phone, fax and e-mail
• Attend client team meetings for assigned clients.
• Work on assigned projects including balancing out of balance items, complete write offs, contact producers to encourage neg. commission payments analyze basic Excel reports.
• Effectively navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve customer inquiries.

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US; Avenica is unable to provide sponsorship at this time
• Experience working in a customer service role and/or office setting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, web, database.
• Strong attention to detail
