Required Qualifications: Admin experience, Excel skills, any type of HR-onboarding or screening Preferred Qualifications: if candidates have advanced Excel and know pivot tables, that is a huge plus.
Job Description: HR Coordinator handles all onboarding and screening processes once the person has received an offer. More Administrative functions. Filing documents, updating records and files. A lot of work in Excel. Mondays will be in-office to prepare for Tuesday’s weekly recruiting event-coordinate the weekly hiring events, and will be in-person at the customer location for the recruiting event on Tuesday-must be ok going to the Euclid and Mentor location as needed. ***Wed-Fri can work remote from home most weeks.***
