Receptionist / Customer Service / Data Entry

Receptionist and Customer Service Representative

Up to $23.00 per hour to start plus full company-sponsored benefits

As Receptionist and Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Answer the main phone line
• Screen and transfer calls as appropriate
• Take and distribute messages
• Provide customer service to callers as requested
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Provide information on product details, pricing, availability and lead times
• Create and distribute price quotes
• Take, enter and process orders
• Arrange, coordinate and track deliveries
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
• Escalate complex issues as necessary
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 3 years of General Office, Customer Service and/or Reception experience

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ An Associate’s Degree
