JM Lapp is a growing company and we are looking to add great team members. Answering phones, customer service support, and data entry are key functions of this position. Duties

The following list represents the tasks in the position. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the Service Manager or higher management.

• Answer phones
• Initiate customer service work orders (involve the Service Manager as needed)
• Follow up on customer calls when they have questions, issues, and challenges.
• Assist with gathering data for billing
• Perform filing, shredding, data entry, typing (min 50 wpm), organizing, documenting, statistics.
• Letter writing, proofreading, and accurate processing.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, you need to focus on providing each caller with a great experience. The requirements listed below are a representation of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Great communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good with numbers (math skills)
• Can type 50 wpm
• Proofreads / double-checks own work / detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills preferred in Word and Excel
• Interest in learning the accounting / software functions
• A team player who is committed to life-long learning
