We are currently seeking an experienced new team member for our Customer Service Department. The right person will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations of this fast growing part of our company. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a role within a fast-paced organization, who is not afraid to multitask and presents strong communication, organizational and attention to detail skills. Being bilingual is a plus but not required. Knowledge of Quickbooks and MS Excel/Word is a plus.

• Phone, Chat and Website Support
• Processing customer inquiries
• Communicating with other departments
• Advanced Computer use

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
