Simple Eatery is the #1 (yelp, tripadvisor) rated restaurant in Buena Vista, CO 81211. We cook from scratch with clean, simple ingredients. We are fresh-casual dining, with a team-work approach to customer service. We are seeking front-of-house staff – servers, problem solvers, people pleasers.

Responsibilities:

An excellent server must be able to anticipate our customer needs. A great ‘can-do’ attitude, team-work, calm under pressure presence is ideal. Someone who is a self-described ‘foodie’ or passionate about food is encouraged. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation as the number 1 rated restaurant in Buena Vista!

Requirements:

• Proven experience interacting with customers
• Knowledge of menu is extremely important, including upselling
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills, in a high-pace environment

Rewards:

• Full hourly wages as a server, ranging from $14 – $16 / hr
• Tips, which average $9-$12 / hr, Combined $23-$28/hr (equates to 47,000-55,000 yearly full-time)
