Job Responsibilities:Correspondence with suppliers and respond to inquiries
Assist account team, client and vendors with A/P issues or questions as they arise
Process weekly A/P for over 50 properties, meeting all weekly deadlines
Perform monthly financial close responsibilities
Understand and comply with all JLL A/P policies and procedures
Adhere to the JLL A/P process in respect to standard A/P policies and procedures
Enter over 200 property invoices per week into Yardi PayScan system
Proficient with Yardi PayScan and Yardi accounting software
Perform various other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Take on additional workload when other team members need assistance
Generate pass-thru tenant billing information to the AR Specialist
Monitor invoices for correct sales taxes and self-assessment
Required experience and technical skills
High School Diploma or above
Adobe, Excel, and Word proficiency
2+ years of A/P experience
Data entry experience
Preferred
Yardi software experience is a plus
