The Human Resources Bureau is seeking to add an Employee Relations Partner to our engaged Employee Relations team. The Employee Relations Team supports the DOT s HR programs by maintaining a positive, value added, and consultative relationship with employees and leaders of the organization. The ideal candidate gets to make a difference!

What you ll do:

• Provide employee relations support, consultation and resolution guidance for employees and leaders in the agency.
• Interpret and develop policies/procedures related to employee relations.
• Analyze workplace environment complaints and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Prepare presentations and provide training on key employee relations issues based on agency goals and HR strategy.
• Serve as the agency coordinator for unemployment.
