Full Job Description:

Entry Level Sales to Sales Manager

A Sales Associate will be responsible with building our customer base and keeping good rapport with our current customers. This roll will help define IDL Industries presence with customers by using excellent customer service and sales skills by pitching products to existing and potential customers in the firearms industry. The ideal candidate for this roll will have No less than 4 years experience with firearms and know their different components (MSR’s / Glock and M&P) etc. This role will focus heavily on creating and managing a consistent and cohesive brand experience through product packaging, and physical, written, verbal communications with existing customers and new customers.

Position Requirements and Duties:

• 4 years of Sales experience.
• Responsible for leading the team in achieving sales revenue goals.
• Achievement of sales is a primary objective.
• Current participation in firearms industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft office – especially Excel.
• Detail oriented and results driven.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Identify and recruit new accounts based on assigned sales territory and account potential.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current customers.
• Populate data sheets, forecast templates, and other sales data forms. Drive sales goals within assigned accounts.
• Track individual account performance using various software solutions.
• Assist in the creation of incentive programs for current customers.
• Assist in the creation of promotions, including product analysis and selection.
• Research and analysis of sales trends.
• Manage customer issues, deliveries, chargebacks, etc.

Qualifications:

• To qualify for a Sales Manager – MUST HAVE 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SALES IN THE FIREARM INDUSTRY
• Must be 21 years of age or Older.
• Experience with firearms and their different components (MSR’s / GLOCK AND M&P)
• Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and a drug screen.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and write legibly in English.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Have a high attention to detail.
• Ability to take written and verbal work instructions from supervisor to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team oriented and the ability to deal with a variety of personalities and communication styles.
• Ownership of work and energy brought to a shared environment.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift or move 25-50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk and bend throughout the workday.
• Ability to reach with hands and arms; use hands to manipulate, handle or feel material.

Pay:

· $50,000 to $100,000 Depending on Experience

· Commission is Negotiable

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
