We’re currently seeking to fill the full-time role of an administrative assistant for our firm . Starting salary of $40,000 to $60,000 plus health insurance/retirement benefits. Experience in the insurance industry is not required but preferred. If called for based on experience, the starting salary is negotiable.

You will be responsible for providing general administrative, answering the phone, excel, billing, personal errands and clerical support, answering and directing incoming calls, greeting clients, and keeping the office organized. You will also be responsible for preparing materials needed for client meetings and correspondence. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Great organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and be detail oriented
