Must have at least one (1) year of customer calling experience. In this position you will answer incoming calls and reply to Internet sales leads with the objective of making appointments for the Sales team. Must have excellent Communication skills. Job Requirements for Call Center Representative:

• Minimum of 1-year Recent CUSTOMER CALLING experience REQUIRED!
• Strong computer/typing skills
• Honest and hardworking attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective phone skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Valid driver’s license
• Must live within 45 minutes from the dealership
