SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a Clinic Supervisor to join our Addiction Medicine Clinic Team. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, day shift and every 3rd weekend. This Supervisor position requires full LADC with Supervisor status through BBHT or be eligible and obtain Supervisor status within 30-45 days.
Purpose of this position: Under the supervision of the Practice Manager and in collaboration with the Medical Directors, coordinates and maintains daily operational activities of the practice, to include patient flow and staffing, to maximize patient satisfaction and service for all customers. Responsible for implementing performance / quality improvement and customer service initiatives to create a superior patient experience. Ensures maximal efficiency of systems through problem solving, conflict management, critical thinking, and creativity.
