The impact you’ll have at Genesis:
At Genesis HR, we are the people that take care of the people. Our HR Coordinator position is an integral part of the team by supporting all questions that come through to the HR Team. This position has the unique responsibility of supporting our HR team as well as providing executive support to our HR leadership.
This position will be on-site full-time.
Responsibilities:
As our HR Coordinator you will:
- Provide administrative support, calendar management, travel coordination and prepare expense reports for HR leadership.
- Assist our Payroll Manager with processing biweekly, multi-state payroll for 800+ employees by helping managers and employees with payroll related items, including timekeeping, time-card approvals, and employee self-service.
- Serve as the back-up point of contact for new employees including assisting with onboarding and orientation.
- Act as a liaison for general HR related policy questions from employees including, but not limited to: time off, payroll, benefits, etc.
- Serve as a secondary contact for HR paperwork for such processes as: new hires, terminations, promotions, change of status and reporting.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive and non-routine information.
- Interact with high level of professionalism across all levels of management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in administrative tasks including scheduling travel and calendar management preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with an HRIS system preferred.
- Ability to handle proprietary and sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- High level of interpersonal skills and be able to interact and communicate with Executive level leadership.
- Must be able to manage competing demands and multiple tasks, prioritizing as needed.
