We are a small, holistic dental clinic seeking a full-time, experienced front desk administrator to join our practice in Boston’s South End. Our office philosophy is to treat everyone with Love, Compassion and Kindness. To that end, we place as much value on a welcoming personality and exceptional customer service skills as we do on administrative duties.

Overall front-office administrative responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answering phone and email communications

• Patient check-in/check-out

• Patient scheduling

• Insurance/billing coordination

• General office duties

A pleasant phone manner, excellent oral and written communications skills as well as a professional appearance are a must. The successful candidate will be dependable and reliable. At least one year of dental experience preferred.

Position is full-time (32-40 hours per week).

Garage parking for $150/month available upon request.’

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
