Description
Grays Harbor College invites applications for a Director for TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC). The Director for EOC will join a team of professionals making transformative moves to improve career development, college access, academic success, and enrollment in post-secondary programs for TRIO students (e.g. students who identify as first-generation, historically underrepresented, low-income, disabled, and/or academically underperforming, etc.). The Director for TRIO EOC project will take a lead role in ensuring the successful implementation of our recently approved 5-year federal grant which is currently funded through September 30, 2026. The Director has the responsibility to provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of grant personnel and all programming and curriculum design for the project. The Director is responsible for project administration, fiscal management, assessment and Federal reporting.
Work Location: The primary work location is the main campus in Aberdeen, with regular travel to our campuses located in Raymond and Illwaco.
