It’s Just Better Here! Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator who is responsible for database management within the electronic medical record system, Homecare Homebase (HCHB). This role will perform provider accreditation and licensure verification, along with regular audit of active providers within the provider database.
Credentialing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Verify certifying, referring, and signing provider PECOS enrollment status
- Verify provider license status via applicable state websites
- Contact providers and verify demographic information
- Inactivate providers who may be flagged as non-compliant in one or multiple government run websites including but not limited to Office of Inspector General
- Participate in monthly SOX audit of Provider Database
- Weekly review and audit of excluded providers listed in HCHB
- Coordinate with Provider Outreach team on outstanding orders assigned to non- compliant providers
- Communicate with Clinical and Operations on credentialing completion or rejection
- Access maintenance for utilized payor portals
- Update provider contact information within HCHB
Credentialing Coordinator Requirements:
- Positive attitude.

- Must demonstrate leadership abilities.
- Good organization skills.
- Able to effectively manage concurrent demands and multi-task.
- Able to implement new process and adapt to changes within the company
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
