HR & Office Manager (MUST SPEAK CHINESE/MANDARIN)

A fast growing company in the food wholesale industry, we are seeking an energetic and reliable HR/Office Manager to help coordinate the processes for all our resources, both human and other.

Must be Bilingual — English & Chinese.
Must speak and write Mandarin.

Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:
5 years experience (or) the equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies
• Assist with the recruitment and selection process
• Manage new company paperwork
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Maintain pay plan and research forthcoming insurance program
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Supervise company vehicles, key cards, etc.

Skills

• Proven working experience as HR associate
• Prior experience as office manager
• People oriented and results driven

• Knowledge of HR systems, labor law and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Office Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• HR: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Chinese (Mandarin) (Preferred)
