Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications :
· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
· Two to five years of of related experience and/or training in a managerial role
· Valid Drivers’ License with a safe driving history
· Ability to read and comprehend, write and speak English
· Ability to analyze and interpret general business data, technical procedures, and safety regulations
· Ability to problem solve and properly manage in situations where limited standardization exists
· Demonstrate knowledge of spreadsheet software (Excel) and word processing software, and the ability to learn new and customized technology, software, and other programs. Strong computer skills required.
· Ability to successfully engage and lead individual and team discussions and meetings
· Ability to apply all relevant policies in a consistent, timely and objective manner
· Capable of working with associates from other operating companies and the Corporate Office in a proactive and constructive manner
· Ability to manage the pressures and stressors associated with a fast-paced, deadline-oriented atmosphere and any related customer service issues
· Demonstrate skill in making independent decisions in support of company policies and procedures in a timely manner

Pay: $21.50 – $22.50 per hour
