What You’ll Do

Here at Gabb Wireless, we pride ourselves on our amazing safe tech products for kids! However, we also pride ourselves on providing world-class customer support for all our incredible customers. We are hiring for Customer Support Representatives to join our team. We have part time and full time opportunities available!

We are looking to provide refreshing support experiences for our customers. One that is quick, helpful, and personable – we understand that our customers are real people, just like us. In this role you will support our customer base in a robust way (live phone, live chat, email) and handle inquiries regarding (but not limited to) account management, device and network troubleshooting, order support, billing, and more!

• REQUIRED TO LIVE IN UTAH

What You’ll Get

• Starting Wages: $15-16 per hour (based on part time or full time work)
• Monthly performance-based bonus potential
