Flex Tec USA LLC Hiring for IT Support Independent Contractor Job at United States Full Time

As an Independent Contractor Owner you will support Flex Tec USA with fulfilling commercial and residential services that we offer. We provide extensive training to get you up and running, We assist in providing residential and commercial bookings in your area.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

• Handle all technical support cases assigned to you

• Assess compatibility of new programs with existing programs

• Assist in improvements by evaluating objectives, specifications, and proposed changes to make informed recommendations for the customer

• Consult with IT Manager and other departments as needed

• Train end users in hardware functionality and software programs

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Information Technology

• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:

• Have valid Driver’s license.

• No felony criminal record

• Interpersonal communication skills.
