We are a locally-owned, customer-driven agency looking for the right fit for our Receptionist/Customer Service Representative role. This is the perfect role for someone looking for a long-term career in the stable industry of insurance as the position has the potential to be graduated to a full-time producer role. The starting hourly wage is $15 per hour, and may negotiable depending on experience.

This position would be part-time with some flexibility with scheduling, with potential to evolve into full-time. We are open M-Th from 9am-5pm, and Friday from 9am-1pm.

Duties include:

• Greeting clients and answering phones
• Accepting and processing payments
• Assisting in scheduling appointments
• Processing/quoting changes
• Assisting in the claims process
• General data entry/organization
• Miscellaneous small projects within the scope of a CSR role

Required attributes:

• Able to work effectively and efficiently
• Self-motivated
• Organized and detail oriented
• Experience in customer service
• Experience with basic Windows programs
• Experience in insurance is a plus, but not a requirement
