*SEEKING FULL-TIME STAFFING COORDINATOR/SCHEDULER FOR MENOMONEE FALLS LOCATION*
First Call Medical Solutions has been providing Healthcare Staffing and Employment Solutions in Wisconsin since 1994 and we are woman-owned and locally operated. We view ourselves as partners with our Clients in the delivery of exceptional and professional healthcare.
We are currently searching for a permanent, full-time Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler as a result of an internal promotion.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- All Scheduling of Healthcare Staff at our Clients’ facilities
- Receiving and processing Client requisitions/shifts
- Addressing phone calls from Clients and Staff (Employees)
- Resolving issues of Staff and Clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Clients and Staff
- Warm and Cold calling existing and new Clients
- Maintain the Scheduling system (currently Paycor, switching to ADP WFN)
- Advise On-Call Scheduling Team at the end of every weekday, and resolve issues from during the overnight/weekend shift
- In an emergency situation, work On-Call Scheduling shift
- Managing a high telephone call volume while performing all duties of the position
Our ideal Candidate will have:
- At least one year of proven, successful Scheduling Experience; preferably in Healthcare
- Experience with Paycor
- Experience with ADP WFN
- Healthcare background/experience
- Microsoft Office applications and Dropbox experience
- Proven experience in Staffing Agency/Temporary Staffing environment
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to creatively address and solve problems
- High-level ability to multi-task, and handle fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
- Ability and willingness to professionally represent First Call Medical Solutions
Salary is commensurate with experience.
