Evolution Accounting & Consulting is a small public accounting firm located in the Twin Cities metro area, providing tax, accounting, and consulting services to many clients in a variety of industries and geographic regions. Administrative Assistant – Position Summary
EAC seeks a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The person filling this role must be passionate about providing superb client service, is highly professional, and often exceeds expectations. He/she communicates very well and is a self-starter.
EAC puts forth significant effort to make sure all members of the team share our core values and want to make the business better. The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, detail oriented, and has a knack for technology. Many of the Administrative Assistant’s duties are performed with little or no supervision, though he/she will report to the Office Manager.
The person filling this role will be working out of our office in Farmington, MN.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day will involve receiving, scanning, and uploading documents to our secure online portal. He/she will also be responsible for assembly of tax returns and providing general office support to the firm. An advanced level of administrative skills including communication, time management and organization is required. The successful candidate has strong abilities to multi-task, work efficiently, and have flexibility to changes in schedule and work hours during tax season. Specific duties include:
