Relip is a cutting-edge lender and hybrid marketing company, revolutionizing the industry by partnering with investment mortgage brokers to drive business growth through a combination of leads, funding, and advanced technology solutions. To support our mission, we are looking for a highly experienced Customer Success Manager to join our innovative team and help guide our brokers to success.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in communicating key metrics to our brokers, devising a success strategy, and coaching our brokers on their sales and sales processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our brokers are effectively utilizing our technology platform to maximize their results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, with experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company. A deep understanding of the mortgage industry and the lending landscape is also a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with brokers to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions.
