Dimond Family Dental Center Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant Job at Anchorage, AK Full Time

Dimond Family Dental Center is hiring to fill 2 positions for front desk. Your job duties will include, but are not limited to utilizing DENTRIX system to schedule patient appointments, physically and electronically charting patient information, verifying dental insurance coverage, batching and sending insurance claims, calculating patient co-pay amounts for treatment planned, collecting patient co-pays in office, communicate via phone calls with patients to confirm their scheduled appointment days and times, administering regular outbound calls to schedule patients who are due for recall, and conducting regular audits to collect active patient balances.

The work day hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm. This position is Monday-Friday only.

We are looking for someone who has ATLEAST ONE YEAR experience with DENTRIX and ATLEAST ONE YEAR experience in the dental field. Your pay will be depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour
