Established in 2020, Endeavor Logistics Solutions LLCis a Delivery Service Partner with Amazon. We have immediate openings for full-time delivery assistants in Jessup. There is potential future opportunity to advance to a delivery driver position.

Ideal candidates have a good work ethic, the capacity to work efficiently and professionally, and most importantly, will provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer. Successful associates put safety first, are energetic and ready to get the job done! • Uniforms provided
• You will work 4-5 days a week – off on Sundays
• Start time @ 5am

Qualifications:

• Organizational and time management skills are a must.
• Ability to communicate any issues to management promptly.
• Able to assist in delivering up to 300lb packages with a company-provided cart.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Must have a clean background and be able to pass a FIVE-panel drug test.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with all safety rules and work policies.
• Ability to use GPS technology.
• Use company provided handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Load, unload, prepare, and inspect delivery vehicle.
• Ability to troubleshoot by using all available resources.
• Ability to enter and exit the delivery van multiple times a day *this is a physically demanding job*

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting rate: $17.00 / hour
