We value hard work and love to celebrate the big accomplishments as well as the small successes. This is a full-time position located in Sacramento, CA. (Currently call center/ rebate operations personnel are working remote due to COVID considerations, but may be asked to return to the office environment at an appropriate future date). EGIA provides a phone and computer for use at home.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Verify information, operate data entry devices and prepare documents.
• Process account information, customer information, and a variety of other forms of documentation by resolving inconsistencies and reviewing data for errors using standard data entry procedures.
• Use a web-based customer contact center and be comfortable navigating the dashboard and using its functions.
• Accurately record and update availability status for incoming calls, as well as properly report readiness and tasks to supervisors and team members.
• Perform direct outreach to customers to ask questions to assess clarity of data provided, and to resolve incomplete data submissions.
• Keep records of their tasks, completed projects and be proactive and self-starting in the completion of daily duties.
• Review completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product.

Education & Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Experience in data entry and call center

Required Skills

• Type 60 words per minute (WPM)
• Have strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Windows-based programs and software (Microsoft office suite including Word and Excel, Adobe reader/Pro), and internet research through search engines (Google) or web navigation.

Compensation: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
