Payroll/HR Generalist

About the Company and Opportunity:

• Our client is a property management firm with almost 40 years in the business and a large portfolio.
• Due to growth, they are hiring a Payroll/HR Generalist in their Bethesda, MD. This position has one day a week remote schedule.
• Salary for this position is $70K – $80K.

Overview of the Payroll/HR Generalist role:

• Maintain ADP home page with accurate information
• Bi-weekly payroll processing; payroll reporting
• Benefit reconciliations
• Monthly and quarterly reporting of all employee programs

Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll/HR Generalist :

• Degree preferred but not required
• Good communication skills
• 2+ years payroll experience
• HR experience would be a PLUS but not required
• Experience with ADP Workforce
