Customer Service Associate-Entry Level – Arlington Heights, IL

$19 to $21/Hour

Our distribution company in Arlington Heights, IL is looking for a Customer Service Associate that has excellent communication skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Associate Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately take, enter and expedite customer orders; answer questions and provide helpful information while maintaining customer loyalty by cultivating relationships

· Research and resolve invoicing, open balance, credit memo status and payment history accounting issues

· Update client accounts and records; document all conversations, complaints and actions taken

· Issue return authorizations and correct errors

Customer Service Associate Requirements:

· Bachelors degree or 1 year of experience in a corporate office

· Microsoft Office Suite experience

· Outstanding communication skills needed to establish rapport with compassion, diplomacy, assertiveness, professionalism and respect for customers and colleagues alike

· Upbeat, eager and helpful personality with excellent work ethic

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
