Confidential Hiring for Logistics Coordinator Job at Elmsford, NY Full Time

Extremely busy masonry distributor seeking a logistics coordinator for our Westchester location

Experience in the masonry industry is preferred. Must have experience with a wholesale distributor.

Responsibilities:

– Purchase order entry based on review of current inventory levels

– Schedule and confirm purchase orders and delivery dates

– Shipment coordination between the manufacturer, our yards, and the customers location

– Receiving purchase orders into inventory and allocate stock for customers

– Check inventory on a regular basis to analyze which products need to be ordered

– Billing customer sales orders

– Management of inventory data base

Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm & Saturday 7am to 4pm

Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 – $1,200.00 per week
