Finance Managers have a base salary between $12,000 and $15,000 per month with a dynamic commission pay plan!

This position is responsible for successful and accurate completion of all finance paperwork involved with the sale of a vehicle along with mastering product knowledge of vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage and maintenance plans. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information and securing documents until they are turned into the general office.
• Responsible for completing 60-80 deals per month.
• Converts cash deals to finance.
• Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
• Processes all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction.
• Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments.
• Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner while checking for correct title, lien information, taxes etc., before forwarding to accounting.
• Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
• Works with sales managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
• Develops and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• All other duties as needed

The ideal candidate for this position would possess acute attention to detail and have the communication skills necessary to explain the financial elements of a sale to the customer. They would be able to build a connection with the customer while suggesting additional products such as GAP coverage to maximize profit and customer satisfaction. The ability to master product knowledge, explain financial data, and have viable interpersonal skills are all required to excel in this position.
