Responsibilities

• Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Create customer cases and follow up until completion
• Build sustainable relationships and engage the customer
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Finding solution to customers’ needs, clarify information, and research orders
• Phone calls, emailed concerns, social media posts, online reviews & comments
• Expert knowledge of products
• Exceptional attendance, reliable and punctual with ability to adhere to established break/lunch times

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Customer Support (preferably in Ecomm/SaaS)
• Collaborative and customer-service work style
• Excellent telephone and writing skills
• Patience, empathy and consistent ability to listen to customers
• Ability to understand our customer and relate to their life experiences
• Detail and results-oriented with ability to be a subject matter expert
• Actively practice time management skills
• Previous experience with web based customer service ticketing software required
• Experience with Google docs/sheets
• Punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multitask
• NetSuite experience a huge plus (Tell us if you have this one!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
