The Clara Martin Center’s East Valley Academy school program is a vital resource for students who struggle to thrive in a traditional public school setting. Located on Route 14 in East Randolph, East Valley Academy is a small independent school with roughly 15 employees and 15-24 students depending on enrollment. We combine curriculum based instruction with adventure based learning, to maximize student engagement. Within this team oriented setting, we currently seeking a full time, Administrative Assistant.

Administrative Assistants perform a variety of duties including triaging phone calls, data entry, filing / scanning, appointment check in / scheduling and support to our school staff. Work is performed within our electronic health record keeping system. Candidates must have strong computer, communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on multiple priorities.
