Account Manager
Job Description: We invite you to join a team whose primary purpose is to improve the lives of others. Our strength lies in improving the financial and overall wellbeing of employees through an actively managed health plan. Help us take care of the people who need our help. This role’s primary focus is to curate and maintain relationships with the executive leadership to better understand the needs of their organization, particular to employee benefits and human resources functions. The AM will serve as the team lead for strategic planning and delivering on solutions throughout the year to meet or exceed client’s long-term goals. The ideal candidate will be curious in nature, to discover client needs before they realize they to be solved.

The Account Manager is essential in providing support to assist both the advisor, clients, and employees in delivering an exceptional level of service in a professional manner. We represent and care for our clients, their employees, and their families. The ideal team member will have the desire to be a part of changing the way employers purchase and manage healthcare.
