PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Provides Talent Acquisition support by maintaining new hire records, systems, and report. Works closely with Staffing Coordinators and Recruiters providing responsive and quality clerical and customer service. This position is responsible for collecting data to ensure successful onboarding of new hires, complete personnel files, and assigned special project support.

Ability to travel locally as needed. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Able to present operational information to personnel at all levels. Able to identify and recruit potential funding sources.

ACCOUNTABILITY
Reports to and is supervised directly by Talent Acquisition Director. Employee is also accountable for understanding and complying with CPLC policies and procedures.
