JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Technology (HRT) Data and Reporting Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping, executing and transforming how HR analytics are utilized company wide. This role will collaborate with HR leaders to define key performance indicators, design and develop analytics solutions and provide actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making. This position will contribute to the development of the HR analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of HR database/reporting systems
Demonstrated written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to self-train and pick up new skills quickly
Advanced skills using PC software applications (Access, Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau)
Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
Commitment to quality service through appropriate follow through, urgency and persistence
Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to present information in an understandable format
Ability to effectively consult with department managers and leaders
Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
HR acumen and technical aptitude, with proven experience in reporting HR/HRIS
Ability to multitask
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding employment
Working knowledge of HRMS database systems
Maintain working knowledge of all HR areas (i.e. Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Training, Compensation)
Demonstrated understanding of HR processes, analytical skills, and the ability to form effective partnerships
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Business Analyst/Data Analyst experience – 2-3+
HRIS and Applicant Tracking System experience – 1+

Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
HR ERP application and data reporting experience (e.g., PeopleSoft, iCIMs, Oracle HCM) -1
HR Analytics application experience (e.g., Visier, Oracle FAW) -1
