Vaco Looking for Administrative Assistant- Contract- $18.00/hr- Athens, NY Full Time

Job Description Administrative Assistant Requirements:

• Assist with AP processing to include opening mail, entering invoices, and tracking payments.
• Assist with filing.
• Assist with the transition to a new maintenance management/AP system (Maximo).
• Answer phones when needed.
• Assist the business manager with special reports/projects as needed.
• Microsoft Excel experience is preferred.
• Other duties as assigned.

Contract – 6 months

Location – Athens, NY 12015

Pay – 18.00/hr
