As we’re growing at an unprecedented rate, we’re currently hiring for positions in Montessori, Elementary and Upper School, including:
Upper School (Middle School)
At Central Florida Prep, we firmly believe that teachers are the key to creating an effective and engaging learning environment for students. Our teachers are responsible for ensuring that curriculum is passed on to students effectively and that every child in their classroom feels engaged and supported on a daily basis. In order to earn the right to serve as this valuable medium, it is essential that teachers develop strong relationships with every one of their students. Additionally, it is important for teachers to cultivate positive relationships with parents in order to best serve their students’ needs. The basic job responsibilities of a teacher do not vary based on the type of work they perform; rather, they remain relatively consistent across grade levels. By upholding high standards and maintaining open lines of communication, our teachers play a vital role in setting our students up for success.
“Our greatest contribution is to be sure there is a teacher in every classroom who cares that every student, every day, learns and grows and feels like a real human being.” – Dr. Don Clifton

They are thoughtful and creative while establishing a sense of order for the class. These teachers are well prepared; they keep themselves busy thinking about new approaches to teaching, learning and discovery.
