2022 Order Fulfillment Associate

OVERVIEW:

CavCom is a leader in developing innovative hearing protection and communication products designed to be used across a variety of industries. We are searching for an order fulfillment associate to join our growing team. The order fulfillment associate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely customer order processing and fulfillment. This position also involves shipping and receiving inventory against purchase and sales orders to ensure the office and warehouse run smoothly and customer expectations are met.

DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:

• Order Processing: Assemble, package, label and process customer orders accurately and timely
• Shipping: Ship packaged orders
• Receive inventory for stock
• Label and test inventory according to procedure documents
• Scan ear impressions
• Assembly: Assemble equipment for inventory stock
• Other initiatives, projects and duties as assigned

Key requisites of the successful candidate include:

• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail; organized and accurate
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Maintain cooperative working relationships; team player
• Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Exhibit flexibility with regard to job duties

POSITION OVERVIEW & COMPENSATION:

• Full-time position (Monday – Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm)
• Location: Walker, MN
• Compensation based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
