HR Representative | Onboarding Specialist

Hours – 8:30A to 5:00P Monday – Friday

Location – Corporate Office is at 169 & Barry Road in the Northland, Kansas City, MO (currently non remote) —Beautifully remodeled space!

Pay – $40,000 to $50,000 *Paid hourly. Cascade also allows up to 3 hours OT per week at the employee’s desire.

SUMMARY OF WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll talk to many healthcare employee applicants all day every day! After they have interviewed with recruiters and staffing managers, you’ll be the next person in line to help get them onboarded with Cascade. You’ll get on a video meeting (or sometimes just phone) with them and help them complete their offer letter, then walk them through new hire paperwork that they do remotely. We want HR Reps that truly understand the importance of each and every applicant being assisted fully so that they choose to immediately work for our company vs another. If hand holding is what it takes, we want to hire HR reps that will hand hold. You’ll also assist with background checks, verifications, etc. in order to get the healthcare employee ready to be actively working for us. You’ll perform other various HR type general tasks like project work here and there. The position requires a lot of follow up and prompting people to complete online paperwork. There are other general tasks that pop up and are expected within reason.

Multi-tasking is a must! The right candidate will be able to take on several projects at once, deal with numerous interruptions throughout the day, and still complete assignments by their deadlines. We are seeking a creative problem-solver, able to analyze a project or situation quickly, and resolve issues with little to no supervision. We are seeking an open-minded individual that can handle rapid changes with a positive attitude. Must have the ability to prioritize tasks based on important deadlines. The position will continue to evolve as the candidate learns the inner workings of the company and shows the ability to take on more responsibility and tasks. The company is experiencing growth and we are extremely busy and there is not any down time involved!

EXPERIENCE OR QUALITIES YOU NEED
Honestly, we are willing to consider anyone who believes they could slay this role. We’d love the old college degree, a few years of successful HR experience, blah blah blah. But really, we are seeking people who have talent, natural abilities, great attitudes, stable personalities, excellent morals and integrity, confidence in themselves and who they are so they can communicate with about any type of individual… A person who is self motivated and fully accountable will be our pick. Things that are non negotiable to be successful and long term are: Accuracy in your data entry, speedy data entry, an eye for detail, ability to focus when sometimes the surroundings are distracting, ability to learn quickly, etc.
