Job Summary
This position is responsible for the strategic deployment and operational implementation of the network strategy within the assigned CCO geography. The primary focus is on physical health and coordination with Mental and Dental strategy. This position is responsible for the relationship management of participating providers. The position supports the execution of transformation activities designed to achieve triple aim results for the population and is accountable for access and quality outcomes for the service area and for the funded portfolio of clinical initiatives generated and funded from the Panel. This position has matrix accountabilities for multiple teams within CareOregon including population health, quality assurance and contracting.
