Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading the execution and performance monitoring of social health strategies and l priorities for the organization. This involves working collaboratively with CCO leaders, delivery system partners, and social service agencies to develop and implement social health levers in order to address the social needs of our members. Time is focused on business group oversight, as well as enterprise-wide engagement. Primary duties include operational planning and oversight, as well as resource, relationship, and people management. This position provides input into strategic plans for the broader organization.
