GTT, LLC Hiring for PeopleSoft HR Systems Designer – Remote Job at Somerville, MA Full Time

• Contract Duration 12 months
• Pay rate up to $85/hr

Job Description:

• The team is going through a Peoplesoft to Workday migration enterprise-wide for HR and Financials.
• They are looking to bring in two technical Peoplesoft resources that have done the migration to Workday.
• Resources must know the technical side of Peoplesoft: SQL, SQR AppEngine, etc. as well as the Workday Business Objects tables.
• Peoplesoft to Workday Data Migration consultant

Must Haves:

• Prism – The PeopleSoft HR Systems Designer Must have a conversion on the Workday load side
• Peoplesoft to Workday data migration experience
• must know tables from both Peoplesoft and Workday
• Good communication skills

Ideal Candidate:

• Data conversion specialist who has expertise in converting from Peoplesoft to Workday and also has a solid understanding functionally and technically of both applications.
• The focus is on the HCM/Payroll side.
• Workday report writer who is an expert with Workday both functionally and technically.
• This person needs to be great with creating Composite reports and working closely with subject matter experts.
• The focus will be on financials but there may be needs across the Workday application’s other functional areas.
• The person also needs to be great at mentoring and knowledge sharing as the team is new to Workday.
• Experience with Workday Discovery Boards and Workday Worksheets is desired as well but not mandated.
