    Come join our Peoria, IL technical support team! In this role, we will provide you the hands on training for success. You will be on the front line providing technical phone support on ATM equipment to our customers and third party field technicians. When our technicians answer calls, they make connections, trouble shoot and solve problems that bring ATMs back into service.

    You are qualified if you possess:
    • Excellent communication and listening skills
    • Good computer skills
    • A technical and mechanical aptitude
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to work independently
    • Can pass a background check
    • A high school diploma or GED
