GENERAL SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Total Rewards Director, the HRIS Manager is responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and implementation of all HR Systems, functions and procedures and monitors HRIS projects and workflow. Helps ensure an effective and efficient HRIS operation which delivers business-focused HR support and services. Plays a key role in positioning Bryan Health as an employer of choice in our region.
PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. *Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values.
2. *Responsible for providing workforce metrics, trends, reports and analysis of various human resource programs and initiatives including turnover, hiring, retention, and compensation to inform senior level decision-making.
3. *Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, to include human resource information systems (HRIS), payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, external data resources, and other sources; works with IT on more complex report builds/generation.
4. Performs trend-analysis about recruitment, hiring practices, employee surveys, turnover, and employment laws and regulations.
5. *Utilizes technology to identify areas for improvement and provide technical, business and analytical support by developing improved business solutions for the department.
6. *Assists in developing and maintaining necessary documentation to ensure the HR programs and practices are monitored and communicated appropriately.
7. *Ensures that the HRIS software system meets reporting, HR Departmental needs by serving as a technical lead, overseeing the daily operations.
8. *Reviews and maintains audit reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Ensures system compliance with data and security and privacy requirements.
9. Coordinates with payroll on activities related to the human resources system of record.
10. *Responsible for preparing and delivering HR compliance related reporting (EEO-1, Vets 4212, Department of Labor, compliance posters, etc.).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of five (5) years’ HR experience required with three (3) years supervising others required. Strong technical skills and report writing experience required.
