We are currently seeking applicants for a permanent position on our team of Customer Service Representatives for our North Londonderry NH location (located off Exit 5 on I-93). Primary responsibilities are to provide exceptional customer service to our travelers, as well as the general daily operations of the terminal. This includes the ability to swiftly and correctly complete transactions with our Windows-based ticketing computers, and light cleaning duties to keep the terminal sparkling. Team work and great communications skills are a must.
The open position is for a part-time, year-round ticket agent / customer service representative. This position is afternoons 3-4 days per week for 18-24 hours total (depending on availability). Shift varies, but typically begins around 11:00AM (or 12:00 PM, depending on the shift/day) until 6:00 PM. Some weekend and holiday availability is required. Flexibility is a plus and candidates interested in filling in at other locations will be given extra consideration and may have the opportunity to work more hours.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
New hires are thoroughly trained and can expect a very competitive hourly rate of $15.50 per hour to start, with a review after 90 days. Personal time off (PTO) is available for all part-time employees based on hours worked.
