We are looking for an HR leader to add to our team! As the Human Resources Director, you will have a broad and varied role that will challenge you to become a better HR Professional. As a member of our team, you will lead all HR functions for the Nexus Atlanta office, including onboarding, compensation, benefits, mobility, employee relations, and other processes related to the employee experience, in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. In addition, you will manage a team of three and be a key leader within the Nexus Atlanta office and North America HR Teams.
As a member of BCG’s HR team, we will lean on you to help us develop, deploy, and retain the best talent in the market. We will work together to manage the life cycle of our BCGers and the day-to-day operations of HR. You will be working with a dynamic human resources team based in the Nexus Atlanta office comprised of an HR Manager and two HR Specialists. As a team, we support 600+ staff, providing on-the-ground support to a growing group of high performing Business Services team members.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
